    • Participating member (Tier 1): $2.00 per employee per month*
      • Participating by accessing one of the group purchasing programs offered through EACH, option to apply for Board position. Additional benefits include access to website, newsletters and urgent care communications and no cost access to networking events, educational programs, EACH data analytics including quarterly PHM reports with executive summary. (*if only participating in ECRx pharmacy BENEFIT program the $1.00pepm fee is waived)
    • Participating member (Tier 2): $4.00 per employee per month
      • Includes all Tier 1 benefits in addition to access for self-funded health plan to EHC-PPO a statewide preferred provider network with direct contracts.
    • Supporting member: No membership fee
      • Preferred registration and access to website, newsletters and urgent care communications, networking programs**and educational programs** offered by EACH. (**certain programs will require a nominal charge to attend as a supporting member)

    • Most Valuable Partners (MVP): $250/year investment in EACH
      • Preferred and strategic partners that represent and support the mission and character of the Employers’ Advanced Cooperative on Healthcare. This group is represented by risk partners of EACH, “certified” employee benefit agencies, TPA’s, stop-loss insurers and certain value-based health initiatives. Recognized for their support on the EACH website. Certain MVP’s would be approached for a greater financial commitment as identified.

      • Access to resource library of health care case studies, statistics, surveys and resources to specific employer concerns through the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions. Over the past 25 years, the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (National Alliance), formerly known as the National Business Coalition on Health (NBCH), has provided expertise, resources and a voice to its member coalitions across the country, representing each community coalition at the national level.
      • National Alliance’s membership consists of purchaser-led business coalitions from across the United States which includes over 200 diversely talented people serving 12,000 purchasers and 45 million Americans. National Alliance member coalitions are committed to community health reform, including an improvement in the value of health care provided through employer-sponsored health plans and to the entire community.
