Find A Mercy Provider
For nearly 25 years…
The Employers’ Advanced Cooperative on Healthcare (founded by the MEA of Fort Smith in 1996) has been leading the charge as the “voice of the employer.” Now we are ready to meet the challenges of a new normal for employers and announce a new partnership with Mercy Health System to deliver quality care and lower costs through the EACH CARE Network.
Why did The Employers’ Advanced Cooperative on Healthcare (EACH) select Mercy Health System as our preferred care partner? These facts led us to Mercy Health:
- Mercy Hospital Fort Smith regularly earns an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group as part of its Hospital Safety Grades, which score hospitals on how safe they keep their patients from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections. Mercy Hospital Fort Smith most recently received an “A” grade in Fall 2019.
- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2020 gave Mercy Hospital Fort Smith a four-star rating (out of five). CMS re-evaluates hospitals annually using more than 100 measures divided into seven categories: mortality, safety of care, readmission, patient experience, effectiveness of care, timeliness of care and effective use of medical imaging.
How does it work?
For most medical issues, members can get coverage only within the ECN of Mercy Health System providers except for a serious emergency. If members go outside the ECN, they will be responsible for the full cost of all medical services (certain exceptions apply for vacation travel, dependents out of the area, etc.)
Improved Benefits for your members.
All of our plans feature NO DEDUCTIBLE, simple coinsurance maximums and many benefits are covered at 100% with no cost to the member. Low-cost prescriptions at retail and convenient mail to home benefits for your members are also included.
